About CloudStream
CloudStream is an independently developed media-player product for Android phones and tablets, Android TV, Fire TV, LG webOS, and Samsung Smart TV. It is designed to make a playlist that you already have easier to browse on the screens you use every day.
CloudStream reads user-provided M3U, M3U8, and Xtream Codes playlists. Depending on the information supplied by that playlist, the player can organise live channels, an electronic programme guide, movies, and series. Supported Android TV flows also include QR pairing so long addresses do not need to be typed with a remote control.
CloudStream does not operate a television service and does not provide, host, sell, rebroadcast, or distribute channels, films, series, or subscriptions to third-party media. A new installation is empty. Users are responsible for adding only sources they are legally authorised to access.
The phone interface prioritises touch navigation and quick search. The TV interface uses larger focus targets and remote-friendly controls. Fire TV setup guidance is published separately because installation and permission steps can differ from a standard Android phone.
We maintain the app, activation service, pairing workflow, product documentation, and customer support. We investigate reproducible app problems and publish updated builds when fixes are ready. Playlist availability and content quality remain the responsibility of the playlist provider chosen by the user.
The Google Play mobile build may use Google advertising services when disclosed in the app and allowed by the user’s privacy choices. Website advertising, if enabled, is limited to suitable public content pages and is governed by our privacy and cookie notices. Checkout, account, device-pairing, and support forms are functional screens and are not intended as advertising content.
