1. Product description

CloudStream is a media player. It can organise and play compatible M3U, M3U8, or Xtream Codes sources supplied by the user. CloudStream does not provide, host, broadcast, sell, or distribute television channels, films, series, or third-party media subscriptions. A new installation contains no playlist content.

2. Lawful use

• You may add only sources and credentials that you are legally authorised to access.
• You must follow applicable copyright, communications, consumer, and computer-misuse laws.
• You may not use CloudStream to distribute unauthorised content, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, or bypass device and licence controls.
• You are responsible for the security of playlist URLs, usernames, passwords, Device IDs, and account credentials you provide.

3. Third-party services

Playback depends on the network and playlist provider selected by the user. Google Play, AdMob, AdSense, device platforms, payment providers, TMDB metadata, and external playlist servers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Compatibility with a third party does not imply endorsement. CloudStream cannot guarantee the availability, legality, accuracy, or performance of a third-party source.

4. Trials, advertising, and activation

Available trial, advertising-supported, or activation options can differ by device and distribution channel. The Google Play mobile build may display advertising as disclosed in the app and subject to applicable consent choices. A recognised lifetime device activation may remove eligible in-app advertising. Direct-download and television builds may use different trial or activation flows. The current offer shown inside the app or on the relevant checkout page controls.

5. Purchases and device licences

Unless a checkout page states otherwise, a CloudStream activation is for one identified device. Device licences are not media subscriptions and do not include channels or playlists. Prices, payment method, refund eligibility, and any reseller relationship are displayed before payment. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these terms.

6. Website advertising

If CloudStream enables Google AdSense after approval, advertising may appear on suitable public information pages. Ads are supplied and measured by Google and participating vendors according to the visitor’s location and privacy choices. Advertising is not intended for checkout, account-login, device-pairing, or error pages. See our Cookie Policy.

7. Availability and updates

We work to keep CloudStream available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or playlist provider, or permanent availability of a specific feature. We may issue app updates, change support requirements, retire unsafe integrations, or temporarily restrict a service for maintenance, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

8. Intellectual property

The CloudStream name, interface, website copy, artwork created for the product, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, programme data, posters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Users retain responsibility for the content sources they add. Rights owners can report material controlled by CloudStream through our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, CloudStream is provided “as is” and without warranties that every third-party source will function. CloudStream is not liable for unlawful or unavailable user-provided content, provider outages, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension

We may suspend access to CloudStream-controlled services when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment abuse, security attacks, unauthorised redistribution, or a serious breach of these terms. A playlist provider may independently suspend its own service; CloudStream does not control that decision.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when products, law, or third-party requirements change. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
