By installing or using CloudStream on your LG Smart TV, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Service description

CloudStream is a media player application. We do not provide, host, broadcast, or sell television channels, movies, or series. You are responsible for connecting only content sources you are legally entitled to access.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with all applicable laws and your provider's terms of service.
• You are responsible for credentials and playlist URLs you enter into the app.
• You must not use CloudStream to infringe copyright or distribute unauthorized content.

Licence and activation

CloudStream is free to try. After the trial period, continued use requires a one-time CloudStream app licence purchased at cloudstream.pro. A licence is bound to the single device it was activated for and is not transferable. All sales are final; licence terms and pricing are described at the point of purchase. CloudStream sells no content subscriptions of any kind.

Disclaimer

CloudStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, compatibility with every provider, or availability of third-party metadata or subtitles.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudStream and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or third-party content sources.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at cloudstream.pro/terms.
