Step-by-Step MAG Box IPTV Setup
Step 1: Connect Your MAG Box
- Connect the MAG box to your TV using the HDMI cable
- Connect to the internet — use the Ethernet port for the most stable connection
- Power on the MAG box and wait for it to boot up (~30 seconds)
Step 2: Find Your MAC Address
- On the MAG box home screen, go to Settings
- Select System Information
- Note your MAC address — it looks like: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

- On the MAG box, go to Settings

Portal Not Loading
- Double-check the portal URL — no extra spaces or characters
- Make sure your MAC address has been registered with CloudStream support
