Why does the payment page show a different product name?
When you click Pay with Hotmart, you will see a product called "The Easy Way To Get Lifetime Access" on the Hotmart checkout page. This is the registered product title used for platform compliance and digital licensing purposes. You are purchasing a Lifetime License for your device. Your device will be activated automatically within minutes of payment — regardless of the product title shown on the checkout page.
No refund policy
Because your CloudStream Lifetime License is activated immediately and automatically after payment, refunds cannot be processed once the activation has been delivered. Please make sure you enter your correct TV Device ID before completing payment. If you have any questions before purchasing, contact our support team first.
